Your job will be:
providing 1st & 2nd line IT support for business systems and interfaces, ensuring data transfer is consistent and accurate,investigating and resolving incidents, positive approach to team work, confident customer service approach to internal and external customers, reliable and flexible.
You will need:
POS software, merchandising management systems, 3rd party interfaces,MS SQL & PL SQL, working experience of supporting Biztalk, reporting tools such as Business objects, MS reports, I reports, a good understanding of overall technology concepts and terminology.
